Bitter-less Bitter Gourd

I know many of us does not like bitter gourd, just because of its bitter taste. But its a rich source for vitamins which are essential for our body. Today I will Share with you a post through which we can make bitter gourd taste bitter less. Actually its too simple.
Ingredients :
- Half Kg Bitter gourd.
- Oil.
- Salt as per your need.
Instructions :
- Wash and cut bitter gourd as small slices, thinner it is crispier it will be.
- Put oil in pan, and heat it.
- Use some extra oil so that when bitter gourd put into the pan,should be half covered with oil.
- All the bitterness will remain in oil, if you put less oil, it will taste bitter.
- Fry it till it is reddish brown to deep brown in color.
- Take out it from the pan and put salt as per your need.
